The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 很不错，音乐剧总是从始至终调动气氛，维持着舞台的充盈。
去年4月我本来应该在天桥看现场的。疫情改变了很多。Terrorisme等其他的événements也是。
音乐剧的音乐元素很拉胯，剧情张力就像老化的橡皮筋
看过现场，重看官摄还是很激动。记忆全部都回来了。有几个演员是发福了啊😂
是那种看了会感到幸福快乐的戏剧，唯一可惜的是作为一部音乐剧没有几段好听的旋律。
非常好看的精彩的舞台调度，演员们一人分尸多节，在角色中间的转换也特别棒，就是一切都很棒。

第一次感受到了舞台剧的震撼，这还是隔着屏幕的感受，在现场的话，非常幸福了！

题材本身为音乐剧加成不少，耐听度我觉得一般般
簡單來說就是 911大背景下的微觀群像，除了歌頌團結之類的普遍道德之外也不吝著墨於racist gender之類的沖突，其實是挺典的美式主旋律不過真誠得足夠打動人心😭好想去甘德看看
音乐剧将可以情绪放大，人性之光在台上变得更加闪耀，于是我就每场都哭🥹

善意与人性在危难时刻的闪光。哪个文化都有自己的阴暗面，可是最重要的是当人类超越割裂彼此之间的标签与符号，而仅仅是作为个体去尊重与交流的时刻，这样的可能性在今天的世界还存在吗？
