被迫分开的不是“see you down the road ”，而是“always keep company ”。
她像一个随波的纸箱，在环形的时间里逐流。影片大半情绪建立在女主弗朗西斯的演技上，她在《三块广告牌》之后又一次惊艳到了我。我个人感觉导演应该很喜欢李沧东，清晨，傍晚，紫色的云霞，低饱和得画面从头至尾压抑着情绪，营造了一种诗意。但这不是科恩兄弟那种失败者的醉乡民谣，而是选择游离在城市边缘，自我治愈的游牧者之歌。
当主角踏上孤独却又不乏动人情感的旅途时，我们得以看到这部真诚、美丽又充满诗意的杰作。视听、剧本和表演都是顶级，赵婷又一次超出了我的期待。
两个人撑起来的电影，赵婷作为导演编剧剪辑，将极具个人特质的气息带入，使电影整体保持一种淡然的简洁，有点与自然融为一体的感觉，从摄影、谈话、画面等；麦克多蒙德则用自己的演技完美诠释了这样一位孤独流浪的主角。电影气质有点天人合一的味道，很喜欢最后一幕，即使身处泥泞，历经坎坷，依然选择放下，保持向前。真的很佩服赵婷。
赵婷有自己的一套漂泊式的电影语言，像很多美国年轻导演一样，对于底层人和无所依靠的漂泊之旅有着自己的的讲述方式。但赵婷在不羁的游走之间，内心却是传统的温柔，人与人之间，以及更宏观的生与死上将新一代美式的“在路上”重新演绎。有凯丽雷查德的类似的感觉，可能这是敏感且温柔的女导演共同的视觉，她们跟随的是某段时间的路程，从故事的角度来说可能比较平静和无奇，但是从主角个人的视角出发，时间中流溢的情感内核却拥有动人至深的力量，会让人反复品味那些孤独的时刻以及在路上的漂泊。虽然赵婷是大陆出生，但后期的身份更多是基于美式生存的环境出发的，这是个人对文化选择的热爱罢了，处于私心我肯定是想看赵婷可以拍中国题材的一些电影，但这是自私的想法，尊敬所有文化的意义，也尊敬每一个人对文化自由选择热爱的权利。期待赵婷的商业片

两次泪崩。。一次是看到Swankie发来燕子满天飞的视频。。一次是see you down the road。。一路的悲伤和执着。。看完内心满满的。。他们这些人。。看似游离在荒野。。却恰恰是最难以割舍情感的。。导演大赞。。嫂子大赞。。镜头大赞。。配乐大赞。。

不同寻常的公路片。有时候很多事情就是没办法放下，不是所有过往都可以释怀的，但这没关系，当你不得不上路的时候，一切就路上见吧。
产业转移后失业的丧偶中老年人流浪般的床车/房车生活，到处打零工，很拮据。床车/房车生活，短期可能浪漫，无奈的长期生活就是凄惨。。
镜头写实，人物表演也自然，全片都在传达悲伤和思念的情绪，就是没有能让观众记住的段落。
勇敢和真实的人总是上路。美国公路精神，在今天还如何可能？

用自然抚慰破碎之心，孤独也是途中风景。一成不变的阴郁色调让电影本身包裹一种寥落，于女主来说却是孤傲与洒脱。亡夫始终不能埋藏记忆深处，既然不想回归，那就一起在旷野流浪。全片在放逐与资本之间游移，Fern想逃离却无法避免的芥蒂始终横亘眼前，或许我们身处的时代，没人能真正挣脱社会生活。
我拥抱更多的记忆，但陪伴我每天的只有那一份，一切看来那么实感的温暖都不是我可以拥有的。
讲了太多，但凝结下来的意象太少。好几个地方本来该花更多笔墨啊，结果急匆匆一晃而过。
太寂寞了。有时候一个人不按照大家期待的方式去社交（俗称没情商），可能是因为她更有勇气，且诚实。这个没错。
