The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 整片励志感人。虽是舞台表演。但故事讲述非常清楚。可以想象很多画面。
有可能不太能欣赏这种一直高频歌唱的歌舞剧，911背景下依然没有感到感动，个人角度。
有点失望，以为是全程唱歌，脍炙人口那种，结果更像是话剧，舞台布置别说和被大家说穷的《摇滚红与黑》比了，疯提尔的《狗镇》都可以吊打的水平，总之属于观看失望和实际间的落差太大
一直get不到这部剧如此之高的口碑，正是因为取材自真实事件，但剧里只是堆叠各式符号和煽情元素未免太投机取巧，缺乏诚意了。（不过cfa的舞美设计真的是很巧妙）
真的好爱音乐剧....看到以前的同学把她简介改成artist/playwright真的emo了 羡慕可以追梦的人
这是人类互助的时刻，这是悲伤的时刻，这也是欣慰的时刻。
其实历史永远不应该只有一面
第一次主动看音乐剧，我还不太会欣赏。将近两个小时的表演，从头到尾专注的看完，同时又要准确的理解其剧情，含义还是很有难度的。找时间再来追第二遍吧。整个情节十分流畅，人物剧情也很生动且活泼，就是美式幽默我还get不到。看来9.11将是美国无法抹去的哀伤。

可能真的接受不了音乐剧吧，看得非常煎熬。看到20分钟开始边刷豆瓣边看，最后还是没坚持到结尾。不太喜欢里面的音乐和主题（哎，还是喜欢一些黑暗类主题），感觉就像看真人迪士尼，不过看得出来演员很卖力。
超赞！谁能想到，我先是偶然听到了机长的独白歌被深深吸引了然后发现了这么好看好听的剧！

悲与喜带来的历史与2022之间的一致性，使得苦难没有意义，虚无又穿透了我。

西方敏感题材，个人实在无法一样地共情，只能说确实月圆，或许上海能做的更好，西安肯定不行。
