The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 重聚结束后，Rachel回家管教几个青春期的小Geller，Ross继续研究古生物学，Monica马不停蹄地参加孩子们的家长会、组织小学饼干义卖，Chandler在一路上逗得Mon哈哈大笑，Phoebe回康州和Mike一起给另类小孩开音乐课，Joey回到威尼斯海滩的店里卖三明治。They'll always be there for us. （Joey因为“play with the bones”无厘头地笑出声时，一切都回来了）
正在看Joey数楼找hot girl那集，三少甩了个链接过来。当年几乎每个大学宿舍都有一张压缩光盘，当时有个男生说：他们说看了几G，现在都是按码量走的吗？哪知现在真是按“流量”。虽然没有特别迷，二十年来这第二次看，但是梗基本都接得住。Joey年轻时候可真帅啊。以前觉得Phoebe长得奇怪，现在越看越漂亮。Matthew看起来没其他人那么开心。David说起讨厌猴子，还挺戳破幻象，立刻就是个叽歪的老外的感觉，不过他和Jen重读剧本那段真棒。看简介写“经过坚难的谈判和协商”才聚齐六人，看来真是我们入戏太深
原来rachel和ross现实真的动情了呀！几个人的默契真的好爱，最逗的是ross爆料他受不了那只猴子哈哈哈哈
害行。想了下，Friends也多多少少改变了我的人生。我曾以为那个在她家给我安利friends的高中女同学，会是我一辈子最好的朋友。然而转眼也被她拉黑一年多了。
再见了，所有的福音战士。其实是个非常合适的结局，从三十年前无人能够理解自己的孤独走向了三十年后带着孤独接受自己接受世界的和解与自我救赎，真嗣绫波明日香庵野和我们都经历了成长啊。ps美里真女神！我哭了！pps美里一个人开着飞船的配乐是用的卡农做低音。ppps还是一样的线稿还是一样的味道，特摄风那一段的超现实的虚假质感太给劲了。
结局可谓圆满，但我还是选 tv26+旧剧场版+retake。四部连看，明显感受到机体巨大感的逐渐消失。
太长了，这是宅男补完计划吧。全世界都给碇真嗣当妈系列。最喜欢葛城的台词：儿子能对父亲做的，要么拍拍他的肩膀，要么杀了他。加持的原话。

比起再拍一集剧情，这种回顾方式不会破坏我们对原剧的印象，而且让RR粉多年的念想成真，真是意外之喜。而要在电视上揭露这个埋藏近20年的秘密，难怪当时片酬谈不拢了……

没想到真的会有重聚的这一天，但也就像詹姆斯柯登问有没有想过拍续集电影时候丽莎说的一样，现在的剧集结束就很完美，再拍续集就是要打扰到他们（剧里这六个角色）当下的生活。我们喜欢老友记，因为它在很多方面就是我们生活的现实，就连演员本人的关系也是好友之间的真实写照：他们六个人并不会每天联系，剧集结束之后也从来没有六人齐聚过，但就像马修说的，如果在一个party上遇到了其中任何一个人，那这个晚上就结束了，因为你只会和对方坐下来旁若无人地聊一整晚。Exactly！老友记（以及TBBT）真的是陪伴了我在国外读博期间无数个做实验、分析数据、写论文的日日夜夜，剧集映照现实，也是一样bittersweet，这也是我毕业至今没有再看的原因之一。Adiós, Arrivederci, Au Revoir, FRIENDS!
深深感受到庵野老贼这么多年对特摄爱的深沉，最后一个小时左右的确是感受到制作的时间紧迫，3D，线稿，实拍，分镜稿全一起上了，人物的锥子脸也越来越尖，整个人类补完计划就是爹想妈了，但是吐槽这么多，作为从小学追到中年的人，听到这熟悉的歌声和画面还是热泪盈眶啊…庵野老贼！捶地！
想重温一遍。每次心情低落的时候看看老友记，都会开心温暖很多。
画面在当年的剧集和现在围坐读剧中穿插，那些神色，那些语调，尤未更改，如同时间仅仅是在他们的脸上留下痕迹。
