The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 某几个片段以为甚至在看动画版的星际穿越，好莱坞流水线电影的典型特征复习，以至于无法取得任何情绪波动，没有任何出彩的地方，就连萌猫和搞怪彩蛋也救不了。
2019年小朋友小班结业，进电影院看的第一部目不转睛看完的电影是《Toy Story 4》，因为疫情已经整整三年没有踏入电影院，而今再次踏入时小朋友已经读完了一年级。似乎美好的时光永远定格在19的暑假，但是今天神奇的是我又感受到了三年前暑假开始前的那种悸动，仿佛生活再次充满了希望。
人不能同时出现在两个地方！但美国电影胡编乱造严重违背了这一原则，巴斯自己战自己？没有比这更扯淡的剧情了！ps：美国佬是有多喜欢大下巴？看起来令人作呕！

3.5。期待了很久的巴斯光年，故事很一般，哎。执着于修正自己错误的buzz还好遇到了老年的buzz，才认清被一个错误纠结一生的后果就是变得偏执。所以有时候一个无心错误也许会收获不一样的结果呢，就像Hawthorne一样本应该翱翔宇宙但是却遇到了爱人有了孙辈， we never know just enjoy the moment.
我看了这部电影并不想买巴斯光年，而是想买那只猫，大概这就是我跟安迪的区别吧
本来想给1星，但是冲他们敢在动画片里搞同性之吻，敬他们是条汉子，加1星。

那个接吻镜头是光年上级女领导，跟自己爱人40周年结婚纪念，镜头前一闪而过的一个同性爱人之吻，连一秒都不到。。。
3.5，哪有那么难看，但的确没有到非常好看。就是很正常发挥的迪士尼动画。疫情第三年，真的需要let go一些过错，move on。#可是电影院还是看不了之2022#

有皮克斯的技术，却缺少了皮克斯的内核，可惜了，但光是听美队的声音就可以高潮了！
最大的弊端是矛盾点（晶体问题）太太太薄弱了，晶体问题的解决、制造、配方毁灭……配方本来就是Sox解决的，身为机器的它难道记不住吗？就算它记不住，那好，老巴斯有时间游历太空，却没时间让Sox再重新解决一下配方问题吗？（剧情很多地方有毛病，不过给小朋友看的还是宽容一点吧，动画片剧情哪有几个完美的）整部剧看起来节奏比较平，并不突出，可是Sox实在太可爱
三星.25；好工丈，略无趣，但整体节奏还是不错的；最喜欢那个机器猫猫，非常想要拥有了
。。。皮克斯地板作品，终于还是走到了这一步，处处散发着主旋律的光芒，迪士尼往作品里塞lgbt已经到了丧心病狂的地步
