The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. IMAX看埃及景色赛高，放风筝和埃及艳后两处很有视觉效果，尼罗河上橙色暖调落日余晖胶片感十足。开头一战还以为是打开了《1917》。好久不见艾米汉莫，油了不少。

别的版本都在努力还原原著，肯爵版：我有一段情，他们有一段情，她们有一段情，我想有一段情……
很接地气，有生活的质感，虽然人物、情节比较简单，打戏挺过瘾。
虽然截至现在的这两部翻拍反响一般，但已树立了统一的风格。
哪怕看过原作，看过老版，我也依旧会为这桩谋杀的精妙设计而感到讶然，然而影片里，这种“精妙的设计”被快餐式地飞速呈上，俨然丧失了其本身让人抚掌，恍然的原意。
