The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 外婆的故事，画面真的一如刘导之前的作品，没想到在大屏幕上竟然如此舒服，主题是关于死亡，单单此片就值得一看。
难得一见的绘本动画，七个故事，由童真向着现实主义过渡，看完糖水铺好想去吃，个人最喜欢最后一个，熟悉的南京，劳苦大众的众生相
值得推荐。
这样的治愈画风再来多少我都看……萤火虫女孩很童心，人果然要善良，不为别人为自己的善良。小火车即使猜出来了，但光出来那一霎那，还是泪目了。糖水铺的转场太棒了，希望女儿早日回来。哼哈将军太可爱了，生动有趣，兄弟情啊，别扭又温馨。冀娃子的作文写的真好。
画风各异，质量良莠不齐。 ①兔子，为了偷懒完全不画嘴，水墨画风好看。
画面很干净，故事很简单，声音很软萌，但确是很生活很接地气的动画短片。七部，真好。
最喜欢《哼将军和哈将军》《小火车》和《外婆的蓝色铁皮柜轮椅》，非常有趣，非常温暖，非常治愈。
题材也不错。
第一个故事，被前排观众高频次的屏摄打断，经工作人员干涉后终于清静。
有很多不足，但是依然觉得中国动画有了希望。

星光 画风不一，看着都比较舒服，前两个偏童话，中两个有寓意，后三个接地气。不过绘本动画化怎么做更好？
有回忆祖孙情的《外婆的蓝色铁皮柜轮椅》，
还不错的同志家庭故事，但对于一方出轨导致的分手离婚有点不能理解。
价值：《向着明亮那方》传递的是中国情感，又是创作者希望世界可以看到历史可以留下的中国情感，希望在双减之年，本片可以成为孩子们和家长们一生珍藏的影集。
